MIIINK — RETURN POLICY

MIIINK Extrait de Parfum is made in small batches. Each bottle has batch number & QC. Perfume is a hygiene product — our policy is fair for everyone.

IMPORTANT — HYGIENE PRODUCT
Perfume once seal is opened & sprayed, we cannot resell it. Please try our Discovery Set 5x3ml RM59 before committing to 50ML. If you buy Discovery first, we give RM25 off a full bottle of 50ML.

If seal still unopened, box in perfect condition, you can return within 14 days from delivery date. Full refund (minus shipping). Buyer covers return shipping. Condition: No spray at all, safety sticker intact, box not damaged.

02 / SPRAYED / SEAL OPENED — CANNOT BE REFUNDED
Once seal opened or sprayed even 1x, we cannot accept return for resale. This is global perfume industry standard. If manufacturing defect (broken spray, leaking) — we replace 100% free.

04 / SCENT NOT SUITABLE? — TRY DISCOVERY SET

WHY STRICT FOR EXTRAIT?
Extrait is high concentration, small batch bottles, oil cost is high. Each bottle we QC ourselves. If opened & sprayed, we cannot resell — loss for us. This policy protects small batch quality & fairness to buyers who get fresh sealed bottle. Try Discovery RM59 first.
